Xbox System Link Fails.

I've tried 2 games now, Halo and PGR2. When i got to connect system link it can see a few games. But i get errors on the connecting to them. Halo says System link failed, and PGR2, says The Game session is no longer available. I have Forwarded Port 30000, but still no luck. Any help?

i couldnt join a game either and the one time i did it was uber lag Sad

I tired with two games, Project Gotham Racing 2 and Rainbow Six 3. It worked fine with Rainbow Six 3. It worked fine with Project Gotham, but for Rainbow Six, the loading screen would go about half way (after I saw and attempted to join the game) and would then either stop, or change to a darker screen (weird, but true) and then just bring me back to the main menu for the game.
