First follow this guide OR YOUR FORWARDING WONT WORK!!!!!!
DO NOT USE PFCONFIG!!!!!!

Choose your OS then follow the guide.

ALSO YOU ARE FORWARDING THE PORT TO YOUR PC NEVER TO THE CONSOLE.

Then after you do that
Goto the link below find your modem/router in this list and choose XLink Kai as the program and follow instructions to forward port 30000 UDP to the Static IP you set above.
