Communications between the UI and Engine appear to have stop

Is your network reachable? yes
Are you using a router? yes
Did you set a static IP on the PC running Kai? yes
Did you forward port 30000 to the static IP? yes
Did you click the globe after forwarding to see if your network goes reachable? yes
What console are you using? xbox 360
Is your console being detected? sometimes
Brief description of your network setup: pc - ethernet - router. xbox 360 - wireless connecter - router
Model numbers of the router, and modem? Thomson TG585 v7
Do you use a software firewall? What brand? Have you made any changes to it? no just windows and already allowed
Operating System? Win 7 64bit
Problem description? Communications between the UI and Engine appear to have stopped responding. Is the engine still running? Please refresh your web browser to proceed

I get this every time i go on the user interface all at different times though also i cannot see how many players are in any lobbies they all have ? there.

I can sign in on my xbox 360 though and go to arena and stuff and peoples names are there. I have tried mozilla and firefox both do the same thing so it is not my browser.

I just don't know what to try now?

EDIT : Now my xbox 360 is comin up as a playstation 2?

And i cannot find any game rooms at all
