I get "authentication failed" when I try to log into kaiEngine. I can log into http://www.teamxlink.co.uk without problem using the password.

It has been working fine for a few months before this using the same set-up.

I've seen other posts in the forum where moderators/administrators have been able to help by doing somthing on the account - can anyone see if there is any problem with my account?

You don't have any login records from what i can see and your not banned, the only thing i can offer is you double check your password and try again.

I am new user and i havenot logged in before because i was searching for the guide to setup the things. Now i have all the info how to setup network and xlink program etc. today i have tried to login with my id urs_babu. but it says authentication failed. then i have created another new id yours_babu. i got the same result for the new id too. i can login in the website but not client program. please help to work with any 1 of these ids. thank you.
