Extremly Stumped and Don't know what to do

So I've been trying for a shit long time to get my WUSB54Gv4 connected with Xlink and my PSP so I can play Dissidia with all you peeps. I've followed every guide that's on this forum and not one will answer the problem I'm having.

I've gotten the PSP Xlink enabled on my wireless adapter and Xlink detects my PSP, but when I go to the lobby on Dissidia, I don't see anyone. I ask in the chat if anyone is online in the lobby and some people say yes and I don't see jack shit, nor do they see me

Please, I'm on my hands and knees. Tell me if I missed something or if I did something wrong

Is everything besides your PSP wired? If it isn't try connecting
your computer directly to your router. If this isn't the problem,
what is your OS and network configuration?

PAT enabled in the Kai config?
