By default the username is Administrator, and the password is blank. Have you tried it ? Did you try the program simple port forwarding, if not give it a try.

I tried it, and didn`t work. Do you know any program which is suitable for bypass my router?

@Adam96

That will be the username and password unless someone has already changed it. Hopefully you used a capital 'A' in 'Administrator' and left the password blank (i.e. no password, you just press enter)?

There are 3 ways
1. Ask your family if they have changed the username and password, or if they at least could do the forwarding if they dont want to grant you access to the router (recommended).
2. Reset your router to its factory defaults by pressing the small button which can be pressed with a small object like a needle (If nothing goes). Default username is Administrator and the password is blank.
3. Use Wireshark and do some packet sniffing to sniff out the username and password (not recommended way too hard go with 1 or 2).

My mum probably didn`t changed anthing.
I reseted ny router and I have still the same problem.
So what is that "sniffing" about the username and password?
By the way I`m using a cable connection, what if I order a planex or a WIFI card? Would that solve the problem? Can`t get another router so please tell me ther`s another way I wanna play on Xlink Kai sooo badly Sad

Read the router manual on how to reset your router to factory settings or ask your ISP (Internet Service Provider) for help about your router if they provided the router.
