Runtime Error!?

So, Xlink was working fine a couple of days ago, played a few games of halo 2 etc until today and yesterday, i loaded up xlink web version, signed in and noticed every arena was -1 players and -1 hosting, i then clicked towards, xbox, first person, halo 2 etc and then click Latin America (I join these rooms because this is where most people go) and get a very frustrating error;

'Runtime Error!

Program: C:\Program Files\Xlink Kai\kaiEngine.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an usual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information'

This seemed pretty odd because i googled this error and most people get this sort of error when Kai is trying to boot up, whereas i don't. I also tried the UI version and it doesn't even get to the login screen, just sticks at 'looking for engine'

I've also uninstalled Kai, deleted program files Xlink and Roaming and ran CCleaner and installed Kai again, only to be defeated by this error again. It's weird because it worked fine a couple of days ago... any help?

this happens sometimes when a orbital server have a little sync problem ... should be working fine now
