The BT HomeHub is the issue here, a lot of user in the past have spent weeks trying to get this poor designed router to open its ports without any success, it would be more beneficial if you bought a Netgear or Linksys router which take mare seconds to open ports in.

I've checked using that application and the port is definitely open, yet it still says "not yet".
P.s. Original Xbox

Do you have the latest router firmware installed ? To check which firmware version your BT Home Hub 1.5 is running, click on the Hub Manager icon on your computer desktop. Alternatively you can open your web browser, type bthomehub.home into the address bar and press Enter.
Scroll down to the bottom of the home page - the software version is shown in the bottom left of the screen, for example 6.2.6.E. And is your NAT status open ?
