I am in Pennsylvania USA and I can not connect to a friend in Ohio USA.
I have no problems connecting to latin American games . They have bad lag most of the time . I was playing halo 2 . There is no ping restriction on this game . I was just wondering why I can't see my friends game that's closer to me but I see a bunch of latin games from columbia and venezuela and brazil .
