I am getting annoyed because I can not for the life of me get this game to work

my jtag is running dash 14699, dashlaunch 2.29, 30ms ping patched, I login to xlink kai on pc and my jtag xbox perfectly fine, go into call of duty mw3, click systme link, click join game, matches appear and every single one I click it says awaiting connection then ERROR: Server Is Different Version: 1.0

what the hell is that
