I've played my PSP on Kai before, but it's been a while since I've played. When I tried getting online to play some Monster Hunter Portable 3, my computer wouldn't pick up my PSP. I tried resetting the driver (libusb-win32), but it wouldn't work. I tried manually setting it, but nothing happened.

Is there a new driver or update that I'm not aware of?

First option go to my computer right click and choose manage. This will open a window called computer management.
Select disk management, which is under storage
On the bottom right side of the window, you’ll see a list of all of the storage devices currently attached to the computer. If your psp is listed there, you can fix the problem.
Right click on the drive listed in that window. Choose “Change Drive Letter and Paths.”
This will bring up yet another window, which will show your “missing” drive. Choose “Change” at the bottom.
Another window will pop up. This one will have a drop down menu on the right hand side. Choose a letter “higher” than the one currently assigned to the drive.
Once you’ve selected a drive letter, a warning message will come up ignore it. Click on Yes.
Your drive now should function properly. The PSP has to be plugged in right click on Disk Management and hit refresh if it isnt listed at all.

Second option would be getting the memorystick pro duo out of your psp into a card reader and see if it works. If it does not try to do a backup of your data at a friends pc and hope his pc can read the data and format the stick. Reupload your stuff put it back into your psp and connect it with your pc.

Third option maybe the interface where you plugin the usb cable is too dusty clean it or use another usb cable.

Fourth option here--> http://majorgeeks.com/USB_Drive_Letter_Manager_USBDLM_d7006.html
