Alright. Scouring the internet has left me a bit dazed. I have found similar topics, but none that seem to match up to my problem just right. I will go through each program and tell you what I've done.
For the overall tutorial. I have followed this:
http://www.teamxlink.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=39586
I have installed everything that the tutorial has required of me. There are no yellow triangles.

Your bridge.exe looks fine it detects your psp, drivers are installed as well. Did you portforward port 30000 udp ? Are there any programs that might interfere with kai security/privacy software ? Could you post your config ? |

Yeah giggy's diagnosis looks right, it's probably a port forwarding issue. Find your routers model no. and follow the guide from here: http://www.portforward.com
If you forward the right ip address to the right ports, and you still get the 'Reachable - Not Yet' reading, try unchecking the 'Enable PAT' option in your Kai Configuration. Restart Kai completely and see what happens... |

Thanks to the both of you. I am using an HTC smartphone to connect to the internet through Wifi Tethering. I am currently looking up a program or app that will allow me to portforward through to the xlink kai server. I may have found something, but it requires a "username@hostname:port" address.
My xlink kai config:
If there is anything else I can provide, let me know.
*Edit*
I also tried unchecking what you suggested, Hawk. No dice. |

I dont know if i get your setup right your htc is a wifi hotspot not physically connected (usb) and your PC/Laptop connects through it via wifi (card or adapter). If that might be the case then i would try, usb tethering this should spare you the forwarding of any ports. |

Ah, I apologize. Yes, that is the setup I am currently using. The only problem is that I can't set up the USB tethering without gaining more charges to my data plan.
I will be getting a router this week to hook up the internet from a service provider. If it comes down to it, I will just wait it out and do it that way. |
