Click help in the Kai Config configuration and read about PAT, or search on the forums. I would trust dfunked on the cables, however that was not my understanding.

Do you have your PC as your default gateway, and do you have internet connection sharing enabled? |

How did you set-up access to port 3074, you didn't port forward did you? Have you tried with PAT off?? Also have ou tried disabling your firewalls for a quick check - not advised due to security issue ... |

You can use EvoX to flash new bios! To me it sounds like you need to get your old harddrive out and copy drive C and E to your modded drive. This will restore the original EEPROM values. |

Have you got the MAC address of what the xbox is, check what MSDash and modded dash (if you have one) says, as it may be a MAC issue??? |

Well I think your using incompatible setup (Check Quick Start guide on home page under help)and I also wouldn't use port 21, try a free one like 30000. |

You should be able just to hardwire computer to router (keeping xbox wireless), which I am trying, but having no success with so currently hardwired PC and XBOX. |

Don't believe you can use an xbox system link cable to do that - as a system link cable is cros-patch, you just need direct connection, standard cat 5 cable. Have a look at the various set-ups in the ... |

Engine ip is the ip address of the computer that is running Kai engine on. So for me my pc is 192.168.0.2 and I have Kai running on it (Engine only - from Kai Config tool) |
