Also, I recall when I first started Hosting GT4 and Kai, I always used to have # of Players = 1, for a 2-player race, thinking the setting was asking me how many people are joining ...

Can you implement the penalty, if you hit an opponent, in GT4 Lan?
I see the option in Arcade Settings, and implemented it, but, it doesnt happen when we race lan game.

Problem Solved

he hadnt selected all his courses, within the GT4 Course Registry, therefore the course I started, he hadnt enabled.

# of Players is wrong. If you are hosting they need to set it to more than 1.

You only set it to 1 if you plan to use the multiple monitor thing.
