Static IPs to ISP?
Any IP conflict message?
Add Sygate rule for Xlink UI and Xlink Engine - allow on all ports and protocols for all network adapters. Do the same for Router Firewall.

try static IP for PS2(see guide). Auto IP is not good and sometimes internal error occures(You cannot see it).
DHCP OFF! May be DHCP ON is Your problem. |

You've got right PS2 MAC.
Post IP for PS2, Router and PC.
Only You need is proper PS2 IP!
1. set for PS2 Gateway Router IP.

KAI Engine work fine, but KAI UI? I think You have problem with KAI UI.

You do not need to pass DNS or other tests to play with KAI.
LAN games doesn't use DNS services.
You failed DNS pass because You ISP resolves DNS task only for Your Router static IP(like my ISP may ... |

enter for PS2 IP 10.253.A.B(A and B are two last bytes from PS2 MAC, but in DEC, MAC is in HEX system). Post MAC if You cannot understand this...
