How to change Username?

Hi there, I have recreated a new character and decided to change my player's name. However, I'm cannot change my username in Xlink. Can moderators help? TIA

At this point we are unable to change your username.

If you make a new emailaddress you can make a new XTag.

Bringing up an old thread here, but I've just finished the ability for admins to change usernames. Email me with the changes and I'll get on to it for you - note, this will update EVERYTHING, including all your contact's lists so you don't have to re-add anybody.

Nice work man. Let me ask this, if a user was in a team like SS and then they were removed or quit. Well can the tag be changed to remove the clan name in the tag? For example, if someone could kick me out how would they go about getting the "SS-" removed from my tag or can only I do it? No I have not been kicked it’s just an example. Thanks

you would have to do it... it must be the person who owns the user name.

I was just thinking it would be easir for new members as well, as they would not have to create a new UN they can request it is changed.

but i know where your coming from, as potentialy someone could be kicked off a clan, and still have there clan badge, and would have to give that up of there own choice.

Thats kewl and I was not asking for it. I really just wanted to know if I as the team leader kick someone out for cheating. If they were going to be able to continue to abuse the name. But I understand what you mean. Thanks again.

You just need to notify us (email works best for me) of who and what to change Smile

Alright Dfunked, that sounds like a good idea. I do have another problem and I am not sure if this should be a new post or not. But I am having problems adding people to the Clan rooms and them being able to get in them after. Some still cannot get in and I have added and removed them a few times. Just a heads up. Thanks
