Hit the little folder icon that's underneath the diagnostics button. |

some questions:
1. is it a problem, that my network card only connects with the psp, when i am going into the gathering hall in-game? when i leave the hall, the connection between pc and psp disconnects always....
2. is it possible, that we need an extra arena for monster hunter freedom, or should it work also in the "others-arena" or in the monster hunter portable arena?!? |

the connection thing is normal I suppose because It's the same for me , I think it was my fault , it doesn't show the psp icon with mac address configured , but I followed the guide step by step and my wireless adapter is compatible...I'm lost.... |

could this have something to do with my problem?
You use a wireless gaming adapter or wireless bridge to connect the console to your wireless network. Kai filters out devices that aren't consoles through the use of MAC addresses. In order to get your console detected, you may have to "clone" the MAC address of the wireless gaming adapter / bridge so that MAC address is the same as the MAC address of the console.
To find out your console's MAC address:
• Look for it printed on the bottom of the console somewhere.
• XBox users can locate it in the Microsoft dashboard under Settings -> Network Settings or in alternative dashboards such as EvolutionX, Avalaunch etc..
• You may also be able to find it on your router's control panel
and if yes , how do I clone the MAC address? |

So now I'll do a recap
My Wifi adapter recognizes my psp
I've setted anything like in the guide
My card is compatible(Netgear WG311 [All Rev's] I have WG311T so I guess it's ok).
I also tried to write my mac address in start kai config and also turned out fw/antivirus.
help please because I just spent 49euros for MHF +30 euros for the card and I can't play it online...never had aproblem configuring.
my win is xp service pack 2...I'm really frustrated. |

Super ....
Merci ! |

Hey guys, This is so fucked up you know ! Some guys are buying the Network cards that are listed as "Working !" but ain't working at all. So, they spent 50 € for nothin' . So I think this is some bullshit and you have to Edit Now the list before you make more victims. 50 € is about 63$ so it ain't free. Well that'a all. Next time you try a card, be sure, it works. thanks |

Indeed, I question the validity of this card series being on the list. It sure as hell won't work for me. |

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but you must realize that we are getting this compilation of "compatible devices" from the community, not ourselves. We simply don't have the time, or even the money, to test and check each and every "compatible" wifi adapter. Our list relies on you guys, so if you feel skeptical about buying a certain adapter, search the forums (I know, it's redundant) and find a thread with many sucessful stories of the card working (if any). Personally, I've gone through the hard way just like you, finding and searching for the right card. Then I found that the linksys WRT54G, on v2.0 - v3.1 mind you, can be flashed with a specific firmware to allow Kaid play flawlessly. And which is why I made this guide. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope that you look for a better solution. |

is that router in commerce right now?I think that version isn't sold anymore!
can't xlink make a deal with a producer and get an official card?both will get beneficts , more players for kai , more money for producer.
like this we have to get a d-link dwl-122 that is not even produced anymore.
hopefully wifi max will be good , they made drivers to support xlink. |

Well sure, the availability of the rotuer isn't as open as it was a couple years ago, but for sure there're still a lot out there. Yes, it seems as though the Wifi Max is getting a lot of success reports so why not check into that. |

It's not your fault blaze, nor anyone from xlink. It's just a pain in the ass to fiddle with at times
The wifi max certainly looks better anyway. It is specifically designed for the psp and ds, so that's a good sign.
I'll have one soon, so that should solve my issues. |
