This is my current setup: (which does not work with Kai, but works with XBC just fine.)

[Computer(1)]<<<<USB>>>>[Modem/Router]----<Patch>-----[Nic(1)][Computer(2)][Nic(2)]====Crossover====[Xbox]

Computer(1) is totally out of the loop really but I thought it may have something to do with the problem, doubt it though. Computer(2) is what is running Kai, and atm I have my two NICs bridged. When I try to set up ICS, it says:

"An Error occured while Internet Connection Sharing was being enabled

Internet Connection Sharing cannot be enabled
A LAN connection is already configured with the IP
address that is required for auto IP addressing"

Does anyone know:

What I can do to enable ICS?

What this error message means?

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

EDIT: I forgot to mention a couple of other things:

1) If I shut my Xbox off while the Kai engine is running, my computer crashes.

2) If I start Kai while my Xbox is in the "Looking for Games" screen, it get this message: "XLink Kai has encountered an error and needs to close." and it will not start.

3) If I start Kai first, then turn my Xbox on, when I navigate to the "Looking for Games" screen, the Kai engine closes with the above mentioned message.

you have 2 of the same IP address's running and this is a big no no. Once you get that solved you need to open kai config tool and select the NIC card the XBOX is connected to in the Adapters list.

Also you can google "How to setup Windows ICS"

How do I figure out which two IP's are the same, are the NIC IP's wrong? Or is it the other computer connected? Could it be my router?
