I have searched and searched and I cannot find it. Can someone help me with this. I know how to setup netplay, but I want to set it up over kai so that there is less setup every time i want to do it. Thank you. |

in a nutshell you open the kai config and select the xbox homebrew option .. this will make it so that if u have DHCP enabled in your netplay emu (if they have it) it will pick up an ip for you ..
to manully make yourself a "kai ip" go here .. http://www.teamxlink.co.uk/ps2assign.php .. using your mac addy .. plug all those numbers into the netplay emu and have your friend do the same .. than his ip would be the server (if hes hosting) ..
or .. what i used to do .. set evox to DHCP and let kai give it an ip and use that info .. make sure you have DHCP turned off on your router ..
no matter which way you do it it should be same ip and should always be the same ip , so once u have it working once next time will be as simple as clicking join ..
i haven't tried it in awhile and would actually love to have some games of contra online! .. im going to try and get it working again this weekend .. post back here with results / tips , lets old skewl!
ps .. its slow .. |

Do I have to fill out anything for the subnet mask and gateway? I'm guessing no.
The second option does not really work for me since I have too many devices on my network to disable DHCP. |
