If you got the message "The service is not connected. Attempt to reconnect?"

Try toggling or rechecking the "Enable XLink Kai" radial button...

XBMC = Settings > Programs > XLink Kai = Enable XLink Kai "ON > OFF > ON"


This workaround seems to do it for me...hope it works for you! Cool

Be sure to follow the Official XBMC + Kai Guide first! Arrow Rolling Eyes

Fixed by switching to the MC360 skin... Exclamation
