AC4 for the 360 but not for the PS3?
Would system interoperability between the 360 and PS3 be a possibility? |

Lets see here Sony & Microsoft
2 different consoles
2 different companies
They will not work with each other. |

So you don't actually know any of the technical aspects of what's going on?
Basically just enough to say yes or no.
It's my thinking that the console shouldn't be creating any "unique" data it sends over the network because it's the game's job anyways and even if it does there should be a way to make them play nice. I.e. Kai might be able to disguise PS3 packets as 360 packets, if in fact PS3 and 360 network data differ on a more rudimentary level. |

All Xbox and Xbox 360 traffic is encrypted. Only other Xboxes can decrypt it. |

Nothing a little reverse engineering can't fix, right?
Anyways besides the whole PS3/360 thing, what about just supporting AC4 for the PS3?
Planned? |

In my personal opinion?
Simply a "gray area" of the law.
Microsoft's stance on reverse engineering their packet transit delivery subsystem? They have openly stated that bypassing their security systems will have a tolerance margin of 0.0%. They also have the resources and legal muscle to back up that threat.
Sony, specifically Sony Computer Entertainment of America has not made a public statement on the matter, but I suspect they would follow suit (pun intended!).

Step 1: Identify the list of PS3 MAC addresses. Done (Confirmation needed *)
Step 2: Enable console detection of the devices associated with the MAC addy collection into a build of the kaid engine and articulate packet transfer... Coming soon...
