I keep getting this message from my xbox. I have my xbox and laptop hooked up through a hub.

Ethernet>Hub>Xbox
Ethernet>Hub>Laptop

It is saying the service is not connected. Xlink Kai is running and also when I go to connect to it through my xbox is says 137.45.72.20 Kai UI Attached but yet it still does not work....Any ideas?
