cannot connect to kai

It says, the username and password is not recognized by the orbital, bla bla bla, so what can I do... I have the XBMC 20-04-2007 SVN rev8582 build - T3CH, that could be the issue?...
THe Kai Eegine is running and it detects y XBOX and my XBOX my PC...
HELP please...
Is there someway that you could be banned?... coz, I know how to configure XBMC and XLINK, but this issue started since I updated my XBMC and use it as the default dashboard...
The friggin bug... thank you!... here is another one, now I can check the arenas... great...

I'm guessing just from that you probably just typed in your username and/or password incorrectly. Id recheck those that you typed them all in right. Since it is giving you that error it means you can at least connect enough to xlink though XBMC to give you an error with your username/password(means no setup probs with XBMC/Kai Engine). If your sure it is typed in correctly, then try logging into xlink via your computer and see if your able to log in that way. If not, there is a possibility of you being banned.
