I have installed Kai on my server (Win2K server) whenever I launch the "Kai configuration Tool" or "Start Kai" it crashes after "Evaluationg Kai dependancies". I tried to installed it on my workstation, works fine but I don't see my xbox and I'm not sure it'll work if kai is not on the machine who shares the connection. Was using Xlink before and working nicely.
Do you need some special dll's or service maybe to be running ?

Tried to install/uninstall a number of time and also to install winpcap 3.1beta .. no go.
