I have it set up
Modem (-USB Cable-) PC (-Ethernet Cable-) PS2
And my PC refuses to detect that the PS2 even exists. |

I did, none of it helped at all. The computer dosent even see that the PS2 is linked to it to begin with, sort of leaves Xlink high and dry. |

What I would recommend next is to remove Winpcap using Add/Remove Programs in the control panel. Go to Winpcap's download page and download Winpcap version 3.0, install that. This often resolves the problem you are experiencing. |

You sure your network settings are correct? IP's, subnet mask, DNS, gateway etc etc?
Give them below and someone will help you out. |

He's actually saying that the PC refuses completely to believe it exists, meaning Kai has no hope. I think it's more a case of incorrect network setup, unless I'm reading what he said incorrectly.. |

Exactally, which is why i felt this fit "Networking Setup" better. I have never networked anything before to be honest, never had a reason to, so I'm fairly lost here. |
