First I just want to say this is a great site. I downloaded the software and it worked on the first try. ( I'm not very software smart )
I live in FL and my friend lives in VA. We both have 2 headsets each. We were playing with 2 people at each location ( 4 total ).
The game works great but only bits and pieces of the headset communications comes out every couple minutes. Bits and pieces of the headset communications come out of the TV also.
The one thing I thought was strange was that he was connected through Toronto. Is there a way to make a more direct connection. Not sure that's the problem.

Thanks

maybe one of the other three is pressing the White button and he/she's not saying anything (this sounds like a short white noise).
To get the sound of someone talking, only on your headset (and not through your TV) you have to go to your profile and under communications set headset only.

Hope i understand what you meant and this will help you.

Thanks RIMPAPAKION for responding.
I can't seem to find a white button on my 360 headset or 360 controller.
Profile has been changed to headset only. Thanks.
I won't be able to test this until Friday.

Thanks again

In halo2 the default settings are team chat will go through the mic speaker, any any proximity chatter will come out of the tv, to talk on team com hold up on the d-pad or hold in the left bumper on the controller (i like left bumper). To change voice output to all mic go hit start-->settings-->voice output and pick communicator only.
