No matter what I do, I cant get my ps2 to show up in the performance screen... Not sure where I messed up, but Im sure Ill feel like a dumbass when someone points it out..
Equipment:
Linksys Router [Model no. BEFSR81]
PS2 w/Network Adapter
PC running WinXP Pro w/SP1
WinPCap v3.1a
Game:
Armored Core: Nexus
What Ive done:
Static IP addresses on all PCs on the network
Disabled DHCP on the router
Made sure I didnt 'accidently' unplug anything
'Upgraded' from winpcap 3.0 to 3.1.
Originally I wasnt making any progress at all, mostly because my PS2 was getting its IP from my router. Since I dont need DHCP anyway, I had no issues with disabling it. At first that didnt yield any results (AC:N Reported the connection was timing out when it tried to get an IP).
Installed WinPCap 3.1a, restarted. Loaded up xlink, tried to connect and it went through (yay), but sadly, xlink still has nothing to show on the performance screen.
Ive probably biffed something simple, so if someone could gently push me in the right direction, it would be most appreciated.
