What should i do?

so a couple weeks ago i had a problem with my dsl, the signal was not coming through. so we talked with sbc and we got it fixed and it runs great, the problem is they reset the connection and now my upload speed is lower than what it was before the problem, it used to be 498 but now its 130, im so angry because now everybody i play with shows up at 100 ping or higher before it was usually 50 and lower. What should i do?

weird, 130kbs up should be enough for 1 on 1 gc games, and if i remember correctly, shouldnt have such an impact on your ping.

Nevertheless, i'dd still bug them untill they gave my upload back :d
