no there is not...
but in case you do find a free method, you CAN up that 17,300 to 20,602.
and this goes for everyone so listen up: if for some reason you nuked it and it came out to be below 20,000 then here is what to do...
find the game you have not maxed out on puzzles, simply by clicking on each game until one of them actually allows you to play. Then, follow the Nuke ReadMe, but simply edit the first link to that specified game.
For example, if the game you havent maxed out on is Clink, then in that first link: http://club.live.com/GamePlay.aspx?page=chicktionary&mode=play simply change the chicktionary to clink.
Yes the Nuke can work on any game, not just chicktionary, but the reason why it can't go higher than 20,602 is because there aren't enough puzzles to get you an amount of tickets over that number...
reason why your first Nuke came out below 20,602? It's usually because you played some legit games before nuking it. But remember that playing some legit games first is a great idea, as your number wont come out to that 20602 that everyone is getting, and therefore you wont look suspicious...you are more guaranteed to get your prizes that way... 
also for you legit players out there, for the game Chicktionary, use this site http://www.morewords.com/ to help you complete a whole game, which gives you 20 tickets i think...once you type in the letters, use the sort by length option on that site

no it doesn't...the date they give you is just an auto standard.
The items usually are shipped within 2 weeks, but some may take a little longer...6-8 weeks is a bunch of crap.
I say if your order doesn't come within a month, it isn't coming at all...and Microsoft doesn't have to send anything to the people suspected of cheating...confirmation means nothing... |

guys i dont know if you will believe this but i JUST got my shipping confirmation in an email for a 360 controller i ordered on july 8th! that was the first thing i ordered so maybe there is more to come? =]] and it gave me a tracking number for fed-ex. i still didnt get anything for the vistas tho =[ if you guys dont believe me i'll just take a picture when i get the controller (which should be soon) =] and i would post a screen shot of the email but its got alot of vital info like my email address, my home address and some other stuff, i could always block them, but then i think it'd look kind of fake lol |

well i definetly kno i'm getting 1 360 controller (its in phoenix arizona now), but yeah i dont think they're gonna ship out any vistas =/, i guess i'll post a cap of the email cuz i have nothin better to do now haha |
