here is about what u can expect from upload bw and halo 2 hosting
1 = 56l
2 = 128k
3-4 = 256k
5-6 = 384k
7-8 = 512k
8-12 = 768k
12-14 = 1024k/1M
14-16 = 1.25M
16+ = 1.5M+
so yeah, u can prolly host 7 at max  |

yeah 7 max no lag once i hit 8 b00p dead but im thinking about getting a new upload but then ill lose my awesome download speed |

Why would upgrading you're upload make you're download go down? (Unless thats how the company works.)
When I upgraded, my upload went from 4 megs to 10 megs, and my upload from 300 kbs to 1 meg. |

you didnt get transfered over to comcast dizzy?  ive gotta limit my stuff now to keep comcast form disconecting me again from "overuse" as they call it. |

back at home i used to run http, ftp, pop3, smtp, and sql services on the comcast residential connection and torrented about every day and they didnt disconnect me. |

Sounds like a load of bullshit to me... Unless you had an external DNS server, your little mail server wouldn't be going anywheres. I don't care if its Exchange, or that simple mail for unix, it needs a dns server, and chances are isp's aren't going to give you one to use to run servers at your home. |

My speed tests lie to me. But this weekend im gunna find out how many i can host for sure. Last time I tried kickerbat had to come in with his porn and screw it up. |
