Its a HARD WARE ISSUE NOT SOFTWARE. Theres nothing we can do about it. ITs built into the 360 cpu. And is activated by 360 games so unless a full out mod chip comes out for the 360 its not going to be bypassed.

chances are it won't be extended, but there are many great games to play on the xbox 1 that not enough people play here...gather some peeps up and have some fun w/ the variety Wink

As for other online system link tunneling programs, I only can think of Xbox Connect, which have the same problem as we do, because the ping restriction is on the game disc itself, and relates only to the system link option contained in the game

A 12-Month XBOX Live Gold Subscription: $44.99 on Amazon.com, so you can imagine a in-store price.

That isn't even $10's a month...

People spend $10+ on fast food and such...

The price is reasonable...

has nothing to do with "how much it costs"...I refuse to give a company as greedy as microsoft any more money than i should have to...

We buy their, consoles, accessories and games, yet we are forced to pay for their online gaming service? oh and then when we want to join a community that's free, they try to shut us down with their ping restriction?

haha I say f*ck it...

I can easily pay for live no problem, I just don't want to give them any of my money when I don't have to because I disagree with the methods of the corporation itself.

As of right now, I'm rooting for anyone who is even making the smallest attempt at bypassing this ping limit restriction

even if we can i don't think openly we can allow this, as i'm sure we will break some types of copyright law. knowing microsoft they'll close down XLink for sure Confused

xlink is fun for xbox 1. live rules for 360, its that simple. if you wanna EXTEND your ping, try putting viagra pills into the 360 disk drive and hope for the best.

At current exchange $44.99 = £22.01

Online at Amazon.co.uk 12mnth (in sale) = £29.99 ($61.31)

An increase of £7 or $16.36 compared to the US 12mnth Live.

So for a global product that has no differance in what it offers, oh wait US Live also lets you view videos online and get exclusive content, has a price increase for the version where you get less? Reasonable?

In store price is £39.99 (Game), an increase of £17.98 ($36.76), still reasonable?

And for Germany its worse, $44.99 = Euro31.58, but Amazon.de charges Euro57 for 12mnths, which is $81 ? WTF Reasonable my ass.

Admitedly I'm missing your point here that you think Live is not expensive for US gamers, but at least you dont get ripped off on the exchange rate like many of us do.

Everything is more expensive here, I think Adobe Fireworks is actually double in Europe (off the point but still).

However, 40 quid for Live isn't that bad considering Very Happy

If my salary was being paid in Euros or Pounds right now, I'd happily pay a little extra for Xbox Live.....
