thats the reason i only have 6 1/2 hours of gameplay, i either play with friends or dont play at all

couple problems in cod4 its always the fucking british and americans fighting for some stupid reason. Ive only met a few pretty kool britian ppl
while playing it. Also for the DLC there's going another 5 more prestieges which is good even though im only im my second.

Duke any news on the patch? I understood it would be maps/achievements/prestige, are they going to tighten up the multiplayer options then?

Addition of Host Migration

* If Host of lobby leaves, all players will be deposited back to the lobby where next best host will be selected before new game restarts. Players will no longer be kicked out of game entirely.

Improved Network Performance For Larger Games

* 18 player games now require more bandwidth to host, resulting in smoother performance for players.

Optimized Server Selection for First Match

* Server selection is now optimized to select best bandwidth servers associated by LSP.

Updated Spectator "Chase Cam"

* Change Spectator Mode: Switch between First Person and Third Person.

Fixed Weapon Sprint Bug

* Bug which gave players more sprint when using particular weapons.

As for maps/weapons, wiggy. i imagine that would come within the DLC scheduled for spring 2008!

Oh I like the maps we have, just wanted them to randomise it a but more as I seem to play twice as many domination games on bog/countdown as everything else Very Happy

The only word on the DLC, is for maps. Anything else is just rumors!

New Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare DLC Maps On The Way

I’ve got some big news I know that everyone has been waiting on official confirmation of and I’m excited to let you guys know that we’re currently working on some official new maps for Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare that are going to be available as DLC in the future for the Xbox 360 and PS3. Last week I let you know that we were on the look out for the best community-made maps, but this week I can let the news out that we’re working on official IW-made maps of our own as well behind the scenes.

These new maps will be adding even more variety to the online multiplayer of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare and I’m excited to gradually share more details regarding the new maps as we progress. I picked up my copy of COD4 in gamestation on offer for £25, they were gone the day after, If my 360 hadn't red ringed I'd be playing it now. Anyone not bought it, buy it, it'll be the best £40 you'll ever spend, ever! I love my shotgunner class, stopping force FTW!

I had to buy the limited edition for £59.99 as there were no standard versions left. best £59.99 i ever spent on a game! Although the extra dvd and book were not worth the extra money!

Just breached Prestige Lvl 1 (only 9 to go !) and have re-discovered my love for the the grenade launcher, love popping one into peeps from 3ft away for a 1 shot kill....

We should really get a game or 10 organised, prob not be on kai due to ping issues (sorry!) but would be fun to hook up with you guys...
