It may sound weird
but its not, when the engine disappears all you have to do is press the little
thing that says show hidden icons in the taskbar
same thing happened to me.

I got mine to work. I had to hard wire myself to my network because it kept dropping me from my wireless network whenever I tried to connect. Crying or Very sad

I'll have to figure that one out when I get back from vacation.

waiting for the skinning guide

i already edited some things

but when i zip it up, overwrite one of the previous skins, it still takes me to the old one

but overall, i love this new kai

should i post some things here that i think would be better to have in the full version?

anyways..

i think there still should be a manual way to add someone to your contact list

because half the time i cannot see the people in the user box on the right...

another thing... i think the sorting of users in the user box on the right should be how it was in previous versions of kai, except that mods and admins are at the top

i liked how in the old kai, you could see the people with clan tags on top, much easier

i dont know if this is possible, but since there's a webui now, what if the private arenas such as clan arenas or TX mods and admin offices are able to have HTML coding in the description, such as an image when you enter their office.

overall though, i love the new kai, and would like to say good job to everyone who pieced it together

to make it work you have to use the browser Opera, is unique in that what I was able to run, I have Windows Vista Home bussines

You dont need to be using just opera. Firefox, IE (7) and safari all work with the web UI.

My personal preference is Firefox.

Ditto; the default browser on my PC is AT&T Yahoo! (I don't use that one), and it wouldn't work in there, so I copied and pasted the address into Firefox 3 and viola! Xlink Kai 7.4
