New 7.4 Beta cant work?

I after install new verson 7.4 beta by download ( XLinkKai-7.4.14-win32 ), but when I start KaiEngine , it said: This program use Unicode ans requires Windows NT/2000/XP Program aborted.

I donno how can make it work again,I can use old ver 7.3 just early... pls help

Just a quick question, are you using Windows? 95, xp, vista?

Yes, I using windows xp , n 2 days ago I still can use old version to playing Xlink

something is wrong with your windows install .. googling that error gives mostly windows 98 info .. a .dll on your system isn't registered properly .. try installing this ..
