Is your network reachable? yes
Are you using a port-forward? yes
Is your console being detected? yes
Brief description of your network setup: laptop wireless to router, xbox wired to router, router wired to cable modem, all patch cat5 cable
Do you use a software firewall? What brand? Have you made any changes to it? No
Operating System? WinXP SP2
Problem description? Ok, xbox wired with patch cat5 to router, xbox network settings are set to DCHP, Network Everywhere router wireless to laptop, Fowarded port 30000 on router and kai, Kai connects and says xbox is configured and network reachable, people see me in kai, they say my ping is fine, but i can see no games using Halo.
I'am connecting to USA NTCS, and even got the french Halo to see if my problem was that everyone was playing it, but the same thing happened.
edit: sorry I have to post the message as normal b/c as help request it gives an SQL error |

I'm sorry to say that this setup is not one of the ones compatible with Kai. The computer that runs the Kai software *must* be hardwired to the router with only one exception. If you plug the Xbox into an ethernet port on the laptop with a crossover cable then you will be able to use the wireless connection.
If this is something you can do then give it a shot and I'm almost sure it will work for you. Otherwise you'll need to hardwire the laptop to the router in order to run Kai. |

Sorry guys:
I had the Kai running fine until the update came, when I started having problems, I used to have Kai setup in my laptop trough a crossover cable. Then I changed and put the xbox directly to router with patch cable and forgot that the computer needs to be wired too.
I will give this a try on friday bc Iam going out of town.
Thanks guys |

Ok guys, I managed to get Kai working again via crossover cable.
I didn't have another regular patch cable so I decided to try and figure out what was going on that I couldn't connect my xbox directly to my laptop using a crossover cable. Well I disable my wireless card for a moment and then enable it back again and now I was able to ping my xbox and see the games in Kai.
Thanks a lot guys for all your help
