How did this somehow become something about me?
I did hear xbox1 is disabled from xbl on the fact that m$ wants to "move on" as they always do with new stuff. BUT i also did hear that new xbl accounts cant be created, only existing ones can play O_o |

It was not disabled, you could make a new account in xbox live using an xbox 1 unit but you have to indicate a legal credit card to charge your 1st month unless you could make those free 2 month card from those xbox 1 games work and call xbox hotline to cancel it or make it silver account afterwards to avoid getting your card charge.
Xbox live on Xbox 1 is still alive that there are still number of guys in my friend list still play PGR2 and HALO 2 religiously everyday, I can't just tell them just buy a 360 and play more good games since we all heard about the 3rl and other unsolved mysteries that haunt the 360 so that is why I can't blame anyone who love xbox 1 more than their 360's
You could still get xbox live updates on every game you have just plugging in and have an xbox live but if you are using back-up cd or play it thru an HD just do it fast before that ban hammer flag your console within 24 to 48 hours time limit.
1 more option you could use is " Mimesis " just google it and it will help you update your unit and much much more |

Yea they only have 10 original xbox games that are still work on xbox live problem is they haven't released xbox live map packs for games that are not supported on live anymore which makes me mad |

Cant you get torrents that have all the updates? I swear I've seen them before? Although Im only guessing that that would only work on a modded Xbox (Please dont grill me if Im wrong  ) |

But, they are all built with the XDK and copyrighted which infact makes them ILLEGAL. |

Not all of them are xdk built, but yeah still copyrighted |
