Xbox/Halo failed to join error

Is your network reachable? yes
Are you using a port-forward? yes
Is your console being detected? yes
Brief description of your network setup: xbox router linksys befsr41
Do you use a software firewall? What brand? Have you made any changes to it? Yes Zone Alarm and Peer Guardian
Operating System? xp
Problem description? get failed to join mutiplayer game everytime.
I can see the games.

EDIT: DIE-HARD, Please post what is in your kaiuserconfig.txt file but be sure to take out the password Smile

What is Peer Guardian? Do you have a Link to their website?

Zone Alarm Pro or Free?

Can Peer Guardian not be disabled for the time you're on Kai? Since you're not using any P2P apps at the time (I hope Razz

) and as I understand it it dosent actually block ports, just checks what is trying to access it and if it's something in the IP list, then it blocks the connection.

tbh I don't think PG will be a problem so long as it's not running when Kai is, but maybe someone more knowledgeable on how it works could confirm that...

thanks guys.. it was Peer Guardian.. Why I have no idea I disabled it and it worked like a charm! Laughing
