Currently I am living in a dorm, which shared internet connection via LAN cables. I do not know how to access or where is the main server, because this dorm is kinda big (about 100 people live in here).
The problem is, I need to forward the port (or something, I do not really understand...) but do I need to access the main router for it? I usually just connect my laptop using LAN cable to a LAN port here in my room and connect to internet that way.
In my case, can I do the port forwarding thing? |

Ask the "dorm mom" about it. find out who is incharge and see if they can open UDP port 30000. You can also try asking them to activate UPnP if they won't let you open a port to your computer...
other then that, you are stuck... |

Your best bet would be to get upnp enabled |
