Kai halts when detects XBox

The title says it all. If I have the xbox unpluged from the network, Kai works. 2 seconds after I plug the XBox back in, Kai locks up and tries to close the browser window.

Also, eventhough I have ports forwarded I still get the dreaded "not yet" until I join a game.

any ideas?

The title doesn't say enough...

When does it lock up? As soon as you turn the XBox on or when you start a game and start searching for available hosts? If so, what game? What OS are you running, what browser, and what version of Kai? How are both your Mac and your XBox connected to your home network?

Please fill in some of the blanks here so we can reproduce the issue.

here are the answers you were asking for. hope it all helps...

- locks up when searching for available hosts.

- we are trying to connect to halo 2

- mac osx 10.4.11

- browser is safari

- latest version of Kai 7.4.18

- mac is wireless. xbox hardline to router. hope this helps.

PS- This is for a friend. it seems the forums give an error code on his Mac when he tries to post. odd eh?
