You know, I like that Microsoft is doing this; definitely promises a higher adoption rate for Windows 7 from Vista and XP. MS has a bit of catching up to do.
Having not tested 7 beta, and hearing great reviews about it, I can't help but be curious as to what MS has to offer in Windows 7 other than bug fixes, compatibility fixes over Vista.
As a Mac user, however, I'm much more excited about the Snow leopard release coming in Sept. Smile

ill prob get a new computer when they come with Win7 factory. My main PC is 5 years old, with XP and my media server is also 5 years old with XP. So id have to spend more money to upgrade the hardware to upgrade the OS.
My mac works alot better tho. its faster but its also brand new (as off feb 09).
