Is your network reachable? no
Are you using a port-forward? Xlink_Kai 30000 30000 TCP/UDP 192.168.1.100
Is your console being detected? yes
Brief description of your network setup: Network Everything NR041
Do you use a software firewall? What brand? Have you made any changes to it? no
Operating System? Windows XP
Problem description? When I check diagnostics mode in xlink, it says network reachable :Not yet, I went through the process of opening up command and checking ip, from what I see, it says DHCP enabled : No , I am wondering how to get it enabled. Thanks in advance.

You haven't updated the Kai Configuration Tool with the port you've forwarded (30000 in your case).

Put 30000 into 'Kai Port' and you're done.

Ahh, I see. Well I did just that and I will see how it works out tomorrow because I don't think anyone would be up this late. Thank you.
