Paste the contents of the config file in your original post, as per the help request form instructions.
Have you ticked 'Show dangerous NICs'? |

OK. Have a look for Windows update on those 2 network cards, there could be driver updates.
If no NICs show up in the list, then 'Auto-detect and lock' becomes useless. Just have a look for driver updates I suggest. |

The problem is that his PC doesn't detect the list of NICs in the machine. Very peculiar..
You say that it worked pre-SP2? Maybe a compatibility issue somewhere with SP2 and the NIC drivers :S |

It's gotta be something obvious... does it show *any* nics in the list?

Do your NIC's show up in the device manager? Have you updated the driver for the NIC's? |

I have seen this problem before. You are going to lose your internet for a few, but remove them from device manager, and then reboot the computer. When the computer starts up it should install both NIC's, then go straight into driver update and search for the updates.
Now remove Kai from add/remove programs. Delete the folder from C:\Program files and reboot again. Now go to http://www.teamxlink.co.uk/?go=download and install Kai again and let us know if that does it. |
