I've read this thread:
http://www.teamxlink.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5649
Followed it and nothing happened.. Sad
I then found this thread:
http://www.teamxlink.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=22217&highlight=wusb54gc
Also followed it and still nothing. I even tried both on the Linksys Monitor and on the Win XP Wireless configuration. I paid close attention to the Wireless setting too where it says to plant the Monitor Mac ID and the actual Linksys Mac ID (on the cover)

Maybe someone needs to take me step by step to installing this thing and setting it up :/ :\

Great, so that guide that was posted here was a fallacy and I wasted $40 bucks on it? -_-

BTW it's a WUSB54GC NOT a wrt54gc

OK I managed to get this thing to work.. I had to 'hack' some other Ralink drivers which BTW have built in PSPxlink:

Here they are:
http://www.maverynthia.com/WUSB54GC-XlinkDrivers.rar

Just DL them and then go into the windows configuration > Update Driver > Choose > Have disk
It should overwrite the current installed driver if not...do a search for rt73.* and delete everything that comes up (save the one you just unrared)

Next go to Network Connections > Configure... > Advanced > PSP Xlink Mode (Enable)

Then do the Network search for your PSP and wait for 'Connected' and you should be good to go.

Another "hack" to get the linksys running:

Completely disregard the linksys drivers at all...take the CD and bury it somewhere, or have happy microwave fun. (Not responsible for lost and unusable CDs)

Grab the Ralink drivers here
Found on page: http://www.ralinktech.com/support.php?s=1
USB(RT257x/RT2671)

Install those, restart or whatever. There should be a black icon in the sysbar. Exit it.

Download this and copy it OVER the files in the ~\Ralink folder..where ever it is.
http://www.maverynthia.com/RALINK-Linksys-rt73-utilmodify.rar

Now feel free to start the Ralink thingy again.

Plop in the USB dongle when it asks for drivers, say that you will choose the driver and to pick from a list (if you previously installed) and choose the one that says 'Ralink'. If it's clean then surf into the Ralink directory and look for the drivers folder and use that one.
The version number should be: 1.02.03.0000 if it's different you'll have to change the file by installing the .inf and doing the manual search for drivers.
Also, if you go to Properties on the connection, there should be an XLink Kai option defaulted to (Disabled).

What the 'utilmodify' does. It basically give you the functionality back to the dongle where you can access wifi networks or set up your own Soft AP. The only thing changed was to add the Device ID to the .ini files.

EDIT: Updated links

When you installed Ralink and the device, what did you install and how did you find the Driver in the device list.

Another thing, did you use XP OS
