Can't connect to MOST X-Link users. BIZARRE.

Is your network reachable? Yes
Are you using a port-forward? No. Blocking MAC address of PS2
Is your console being detected? Yes
Brief description of your network setup: DI-604/Cable/three computers on my network and a PS2
Do you use a software firewall? What brand? Have you made any changes to it? No
Operating System? Win98se
Problem description?
I can connect and play games (Armored Core: Nexus) with a few people, but for most people I cannot actually play. I get the connection problems with the same people. Once the game begins, I get a connection error. It is a recurrent problem.

They probably haven't got their Kai set up correctly? Have they been able to play with other people themselves?

I have only been able to establish a stable connection with a single person. The person whom I was able to link with can connect normally to most people.
