Is your network reachable? Not Yet
Are you using a port-forward? Yes
Is your console being detected? No
Brief description of your network setup: MN-700 Wireless Router, Xbox connected via MN-740 can ping and ftp to it just fine UnleashX
Do you use a software firewall? No
Operating System? WindowsXP Pro + SP2
Problem description? Kai Doesn't see my xb[KaiUserConfig]

Not to bore you, but have you checked through the quick start to make sure that your home network is compatible with Kai?

His XBox is running wirelessly, which is all good if the PC is wired.

If the PC is also wireless, chances are your network card will not work as it does not work in promiscious mode. To be honest I don't think you need to set up the MAC bridging in Kai with that MS bridge. Have you tried it with no relationships set?

Ummm, both of those MAC address start with 000D3A - they're both Xbox MACs. Is that right or does the MN740 use the same type of network card that's in the Xbox? Where did you get the info that you put into the Kai wireless config?

I'm pretty sure that df is right here and you don't need to use the wireless translation - just get rid of those MAC addresses in the config. I'd also recommend unchecking PAT in the config as well. Make those changes and report back.
