I don't mean to hi-jack the thread, but I thought this was relevant. Several sites have confirmed it's not a hoax and have released video footage.

It's also been rumored Sony can detect it and has already started banning people. (Although I doubt this is legit...yet.) Who knows though, maybe it will start an influx of new PS3 users on Kai.
