I followed the guide pretty much and a few problems

I already installed psp type b drivers before for remotejoy and just like the guide said i disabled ewmotejoy and enabled adhoctopsp. But it didn't work. It just said kept saying search psp device. Then when i enabled remotejoy it worked somehow and now it says connection ok.

But now in metrics it can't find my psp. So any solutions?

You don't just need to disable Remotejoy but you need to disable all other plugins except AdHocToUSB.

Enter a game, start bridge.exe & plug in the USB to your PSP.

If you get any errors in Bridge then just restart it and it should be fine.

What version of Kai are you using?

If you're using 7.4 then to host a room, you will need to click the pencil that is on the right-cornet.

If you're using 7.3 then to host a room, you will need to click the globe that is in the left corner.

So you can't play without joining a private server or creating one?

Just set your Adhoc Mode to Channel 1, and this method should be followed by all AHTUSB users

1. Enable AHTUSB and Xlinkaid(or any other plugins except a plugin that requires a usb connection)
2. Run Bridge(Don't plug the usb)
3. Run Game(Eg. Tekken)
4. Network(Switch on WLAN)
5. Then Plug USB
6. CLick the Bridge window,(Press Enter(x3 I guess)There should be text that will come up)
7.Play

Use this method, I works like a Charm.. Very Happy

@Aerow,
That's the sort of feedback we're looking for, might be time for me to start making a known compatible games list soon...anyway, thanks for posting Smile

@fullmetal20
If you have set everything up right, you would be able to see people in the online GH on MHF, may I suggest you check the following:

1) All software and programs installed as per Yuki's readme text, including Winpcap and the PSP Type B software,
2) All other plug-ins are disabled on your PSP,
3) Loopback adapter is installed and selected in your Kai Config,
4) Your Kai network is 'reachable' (found in Kai Metrics) and
5) The bridge.exe is running and the loopback adapter is selected once you have entered the online GH.

Hawk.

I love how you have achieved all this good luck Hawk_The_Slayer we would like to help me but I know there are a lot of PSP but I will contact with all of that to see if I can be very useful because only the "XBOX" Friends Good Luck ..

Slow upload bandwith maybe?

Disable all other plugins except AdHocToUSB.

If someone is trying to install the 32-bit drivers on 64-bit, it won't work. Read this if you want the right drivers and installation guide for 64-bit: http://www.teamxlink.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=39881

ok so, first time I actually tried this plugin.

I went through all the setup exactly as shown
and when I try to play MHFU in an online gathering hall, I can't see anyone. I'm in the same gathering hall as a friend, but he says that he can see two people, but not me, and I can't even see anyone.

I don't have any other plugins installed, and my PSP is 5.50 Gen D3, if that helps.

everything seems to be working properly, kai is running, bridge is up, USB is in and everything, I'm just not sure what to do?
