I am using Windows 7. I was originally getting the PSSDK error but enable compatibility XP SP2 and run as administrator.

Now it gives me the message "Error occured updating web user interface"

any help?

I have this error as well. I hope someone has a fix for this, as XLink Kai always worked for me, and now it just suddenly stopped working and giving me these errors.

I tried installing the older, version 7.3, but that can't detect my PSP no matter what I do.

Any help is appreciated.

BTW I'm using WinXP SP3, I don't have any problems with firewalls and antivirus software, as I'm using the same config and things as ALWAYS. Tried reinstalling, deleting files with CCleaner and nothing...

Same problem here, even if sometimes it shows:unable to "download" UI.I 've tried to install the previous version, and sometimes it works, even if,if i select"automatic launch UI",it crashes.i need to manually launch it.I hope they resolve this soon...

The errors should be fixed now, the server and orbs were having issues due to a user capcity which was reached

Try restarting your router, clearing your browser cache and if that does work following this http://www.teamxlink.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=32242
