update problem

I am on windows XP i found that when my kai would download the update it and say please restart kai at the end it did no good each time i would open it each time it would update in a never ending cycle. I tried this many times and restarted too, i found the only solution to this problem is to uninstall kai and redownload/install it and have it download it that way. I hope this is a help to others.
