Is your network reachable?
yes

Are you using a router?
yes

Did you set a static IP on the PC running Kai?
yes

Did you forward port 30000 to the static IP?
yes

Did you click the globe after forwarding to see if your network goes reachable?
yes, I did.

What console are you using?
xbox 360

Is your console being detected?
yes

Brief description of your network setup:


Model numbers of the router, and modem?


Do you use a software firewall? What brand? Have you made any changes to it?
windows default, I disabled it.

Operating System?
windows 7 ultimate 32bit

Problem description?
When I load the interface no games appear I can see other users in chat. The games list appears like this:

Thank you for the help. But when I log in and out the issue doesn't stop its always like that. Also that thread was like 11 months ago, have the severs still not been fixed?

FIX:

Instead of running compatibility mode for Windows XP Service Pack 2. Run it for Windows Vista. Works fine with no problems connecting to severs.
